Fully Automated Process Lines

Our 3 Udylite Cyclemaster machines with pre-programmed cycles guarantees consistency and performance while allowing us the capability to electro-plate copper-nickel-chrome on plastic and nickel-chrome on metal.

EMI / RFI Shielding

A computer programmable hoist line is designed to process products through our electroless copper/nickel cycle for either selective or encapsulated EMI Shielding.

Laboratory

Our fully equipped chemistry lab assures accurate solution analysis for our plating baths. All baths are SPC charted and UL approved. Specification tests are run daily on finished products to guarantee quality from start to finish.

Our ability to plate on BOTH metal and plastic gives us the versatility to provide the quality decorative finish that best meets your needs.

Color Finishes

Phillips Plating offers a variety of color finishes from which to choose. The brilliant shine of Chrome, the satin lustre of Pearl Brite, or a unique decorative dark nickel. Our process lines are designed so that many color combinations can also be provided.

We also have access to PVD Coaters, which offers us a wide variety of unique color options (brass, gold, black, satin) at high volume production levels.
